Most recently the villa has been converted to central air throughout and the already high-end kitchen, with all the necessary conveniences including microwave, now has fine stainless appliances that would please any gourmet chef.

The Living area offers a VCR/DVD player, a flat screen TV, cable, and stereo; the bedroom boasts a very comfortable queen size bed and the bath is fully appointed and custom tiled. For complete convenience there ia a top line laundry facility, and fast, reliable computer access by DSL.
