2008 Summer Villa Rental Rates:
$300 per night (min.7 nights), ($2100 per week)
(2 guests) Each Additional Guest $50 per night.

2008 - 2009 Winter Villa Rental Rates*:
$400 per night (min.7 nights), ($2,800 per week)
(2 guests) Each Additional Guest $50 per night.

New Years Week

Security Deposit: 50%; personal check or money order.
USD: All rental rates are stated in US Funds
Cleaning Fee: There is a $100 cleaning fee for each reservation.
Confirmations: A confirmation will be sent upon the receipt of deposit. Balance of rental fee, including the USVI Tax, is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: A full refund is issued for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to date of reservation, (less 15% administration fee). For cancellations made up to 30 days prior to date of reservation a full refund will be issued provided the villa is re-booked, (less 15% administration fee).
Arrival: To ensure a smooth arrival on island be sure to let your host know the details of your arrival. .
Number of Guests: Villa Sea Spirit is the ideal vacation home for 2 guests. A small family of 3 would also be comfortable. 4 guests is possible but the twin beds are in the loft which is only accessible by climbing a ladder. The loft can be warm in the fall season.
Note: Sea Spirit has a resident outdoor cat that visits the property
