Secluded Oceanfront Villa with Dramatic Views

Sea Spirit is a three room villa perfect for a couple or small family of 3*. The great room consists of living, dining and kitchen areas with a small but comfy loft bedroom floating above it. The tiled bath and air conditioned master bedroom with queen size bed is located off the main room.

The indoor-outdoor tropical style living is created by the deck that wraps the house on three sides and is enhanced by the gazebo and open air hot tub. Dine inside or on the deck overlooking the ocean. Enjoy your quiet moments in the cliffside gazebo; bring your favorite book or find something from one of St. John's unique "libraries" found at many of the restaurants and bars around. In the evening stargaze with a glass of wine while lounging in the hot tub, also located cliffside, between the gazebo and the house.

The kitchen and dining amenities include a full size stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, and a gas barbecue grill on the deck. Cookware and dinnerware is available for 4-6 guests. Other amenities include a washer/dryer (saving you half a day in town at the laudromat); beach chairs and beach towels; and in the great room a color TV with VCR and stereo system with cassette and CD player. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

* Villa Sea Spirit is the ideal vacation home for 2 guests. A small family of 3 would also be comfortable. 4 guests is possible but the twin beds are in the loft which is only accessible by climbing a ladder. The loft can be warm in the fall season.
